The beach is right there at the end of the road for those who enjoy a quiet swim or relaxing walks along the stunning coastline and with the all-tide boat ramp a mere 650 meters away, and Clevedon village is just a short drive up the road, with markets, bars, cafes, vineyard and convenience amenities on hand. The space This is a self-contained Guesthouse, clean and tidy, fully equipped, and could accommodate up to 4 guests. Perfect for couples, friends, or small families. It is located on the first floor of the unit, providing excellent views of the sea, with access to the tennis court. The place has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, king-size bed, a bathroom, and a sofa bed to accommodate 2 extra guests. **For those coming with a boat, please read the "Other details to note" in the listing** The Host lives nearby, so a quick response could be usually provided if necessary. Guest access You would have access to the first floor of the Guesthouse (downstairs there is a garage/storage space). Open plan Kitchen-Dining-Living with the bedroom also located in the same open space. Very well designed for your comfort. Balcony with chairs and table provided. Cookware and essential cooking spices. TV, fridge-freezer, benchtop oven, cooktop. Free parking. No access to the garage. Tennis court and rackets are available. **Tennis court would be shared with guests from the main house** Other things to note Security cameras on the exterior are installed to monitor the property for security reasons due to the remote location. Only 1 bed is provided for up to 2 guests, although 2 extra guests could also be accommodated in the sofa bed. Simply book the right number of guests to provide linen accordingly. ***Note: Water is supplied from rainwater collection, therefore conservation of water is appreciated*** ***Note: Steep concrete driveway up to the Guesthouse. Not an issue at all if guests feel comfortable with it*** ***Note: You will enjoy nature in all its ways, which means you may find some peacocks/peahens around and they may leave some residues as expected*** ***Note: For those coming with a boat, please note that there is space to park a boat within the property, however, for larger boats, due to the tight turns it may not be suitable to get up there. An alternative option is to park your boat at our neighbour's farm, located near the boating area. It is a very safe and it only costs $10/night. For mid to long stays I may be able to help to cover this fee. Please discuss with me (the Host) to make it work for both parties.
