Costa Smeralda is just 20m away. 2min away for Palau town Center.Privacy and silence guaranteed The space PLEASE READ CAREFULLY The villa has two bodies: - Main house: dining/tv room + kitchen, master bedroom with private bathroom with shower, 2 double bed bedrooms, one large bathroom with shower and washing machine. Air conditioning only available in master bedroom and living room. For the other bedrooms fans are made available. - Guest house: one large bedroom with private bathroom with shower. Access is made from the garden only (not suitable for young kids). For reference this is bedroom #4 and bathroom # 3 in picture. Please note that the Guest house will be available only for reservations of 7/8 guests. For bookings of up to 6 guests, access will be limited to the 3 bedrooms in the main house. The villa is surrounded by a large garden overlooking the arcipelago. The terrace has a round dining table for 4/5 and 4 chairs which allow to dine by looking the wonderful Sardinian sea (and in sunny days, Corsica).
