Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located cottage! First time this gorgeous and spacious modern beach house has been available to rent. Located on a quiet private lot in Sauble Beach, 6-minute walk from the public beach and 6-minute walk to shopping on Main Street. The cottage is a spacious 4100 sq. ft. perfect for large or extended-family vacations. Weekly bookings in the summer are from Sunday to Sunday. 3 night bookings may be accommodated in the summer. The space 2 large bedrooms upstairs (Bedroom #1: Queen and Twin over Double bunk; Bedroom #2 Queen and Double), 2 bedrooms on the main level (Bedroom #3 Master with King bed and ensuite; Bedroom #4 Twin), and 2 bedrooms in the bright walk-out basement (Bedroom #5 Queen and Double futon; Bedroom #6 Queen). A pull-out sofa is also available in the main level living room. Mattress and pillow protectors provided for all beds as well as linens. Guest access The whole house is available to the guests including the upper garage to store beach gear during your stay. The backyard is also available to our guests.
