The adjacent living room with a sofa bed (120x175) seamlessly blends into a fully equipped kitchen, where you can prepare your favorite meals. Enjoy warm summer evenings on one of the two balconies, offering stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Thanks to the cross ventilation and good airflow, the use of the air conditioning is hardly necessary. The small bathroom in our apartment is simply furnished with a shower, toilet, and sink. Please note that it will be renovated soon to offer you even more comfort. The kitchen has been completely renovated this year. You'll find all the necessary utensils, including a fridge, stove plates, toaster and more. The apartment offers a total of 38 square meters of living space and is equipped with insect screens, allowing you to enjoy your time indoors undisturbed.
