We offer a 37 m² studio for rent on the ground floor of our house in Caluire et Cuire. The studio has independent access from the garden. It was refurbished in 2021. We rent it furnished (Bed, equipped kitchen, sitting area, wardrobe, washing machine, coffee table, dining table, chairs, vacuum cleaner). The bathroom is closed with cabin and shower, towel dryer, toilet and sink. Wi-Fi is available in the studio A parking space at the bottom of the house is possible.
