Welcome to Matavai Lodge ^^ My name is Laetitia, I am your Host, and I will be delighted to welcome you to my little haven of peace, which you will enjoy returning to after your days spent on the Fenua. The villa is located on the East Coast, the wildest part of the island, 30 minutes by car from the capital, Papeete and 45 minutes from Fa'aa International Airport. The space Halfway up, the villa is located in a small residence, perched on a ridge, in a cool and calm environment and surrounded by nature. A means of transport is essential to get around. The villa offers a magnificent and relaxing view of the trees and the Tahara'a viewpoint, renowned for its panoramic view of the entire Matavai Bay as well as the island of Moorea, which is just opposite. Sunset hours are an opportunity for many people to go there and enjoy this magnificent spectacle that nature offers us every day. In the villa, you will have a bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed, a dresser, a desk area and a small fridge, convenient for storing your food and drinks. You will also have a fan, iron, and mosquito repellent. (You never know, the tropical climate is conducive to the proliferation of mosquitoes). The private bathroom is right next to your room. Hygiene products are available. you will also have access to the microwave in the dining room, and the small but functional kitchen. The wifi code for the internet connection will be given to you on arrival. You can also enjoy the living room and terrace for your meals. If you have a special need, please let me know, and I will do my best to satisfy you and make your stay pleasant. Guest access The room is available from 5:00 p.m. Monday to Wednesday, and from 2:00 p.m. Thursday to Sunday inclusive. You must vacate the room before 12:00 p.m. One day between each new arrival is blocked to clean and sanitize all private and common areas. Hand sanitizer and masks are available to guests. Guests have access to all parts of the accommodation except the upper floor. If you arrive at night ("after midnight" or early in the morning "before 6 a.m."), and you want to have your accommodation, you will need to book the night in question. A means of transport is essential (car or 125 cm3 scooter) because the villa is located at a high altitude. During your stay I am available every day but especially in the morning and at the end of the day.
