The yard decorated with marble fish patterns and the balcony with a view of the sea are definitely the heart & soul of the two-story house. The magenta bougainvillea is fighting the grapevine for domination but the undisputed winner is the Ionian sea. The space The main entrace in front of the house is shared with the neighbouring house, but of course the beautiful front yard and the big balcony are private. There is also a small garage. The house has got a bright, fully-equipped kitchen, a room with a double bed, another one with a single bed, a living room with an extra single bed and a bathroom with a shower. Other things to note LOCATION -The house is located in the center of the island, with many beautiful beaches around and the island's capital only 15 minutes away. The location is the perfect starting point for all your excursions. -Even though the house is on the main road, it is built on a higher level and surrounded by a big yard and as a result there is not too much noise from the street. STEPS / STAIRS -You will have to climb some steps to reach the main entrance of the house, as well as a staircase that connects the two floors. -If you are injured, mobility impaired or have very young children with you, we encourage you to look for more accessible accommodation. ANIMALS / PETS -It's customary for Greek islands to be full of cats and ours is no different. Some kitties will conveniently happen to pass through the yard as you are eating outside. - Also in the neighboring house there is a very large dog that occasionally makes guest star appearances in ours. This is why we don't allow other pets in our cottage. -If you are allergic to cats or feel uncomfortable with large dogs, then unfortunately the house may not be right for you.
