The space The Maison des Palmes is located between Saint-Brevin-les-Pins and Saint-Brevin-l'Océan. All shops and markets are within walking distance; the beach is a three-minute drive but you can reach it by the beautiful coastal trails that border the property. Three large bay windows open onto this unoverlooked garden, an enchanting and relaxing decor for your holidays or weekends. The fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven...) includes basic organic products (salt, pepper, homemade olive oil, sugar, flour...) and a breakfast corner (Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, coffee, teapot, tea, homemade organic jams, kettle, toaster...). You will also have a laundry room (washing machine, dryer, ironing equipment, organic laundry) The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, soaps and organic shampoo. We made the choice to have neither a bathtub nor a swimming pool to conserve water. Your 150 m2 garden has two terraces. It will be, surrounded by nature, the perfect place for your breakfasts, aperitifs in the setting sun or your children's games. The owners live on site and will be able to meet all your needs, information about the house or places to visit in the area. This house is that of two collectors, who thanks to their travels and passions, have been able to create a surprising and original setting, both outside and in the living rooms, where you will really feel on vacation.
