The Greenhouse

Unique and cozy getaway with gorgeous views of bear creek ridge and Cowan mtn. Quiet property with opportunities for wildlife spotting. A 10 minute bike ride to downtown Hope! The space The indoor space is a small studio type unit that is basically one long room divided into a kitchenette, a sleep space and a bathroom. It is very comfy and cozy but only suitable for 1 person or a couple but no more then 2 people. The greenhouse has its own little yard with a picnic table and a large screen tent that can be set up to hide out from the mosquitoes and flies. The entire space is on the corner of the host property and the host does live there, the yards are semi-separated by a gate and some trees but there is not a secure fence or prominent division of the 2 spaces. The host has a dog on property who is very friendly and likes to come say hello after he barks first for safety. This space is not suitable for children of any age and the listing has a no children rule in place. I have a note beside the shower but I think some folks don’t see it, the handles to the shower are a little wonky and they have to be turned on hard and off hard. There is hot water (which takes a minute to get there) and cold water. If you’ve turned the cold on and it feels like it stopped and nothing comes out, keep trying and turn the knob further. For some reason a couple folks have not been able to figure it out. Let me know if you have any issues. The host keeps bees and chickens on the property, they are located within an electric fence that may cause a shock if touched. There is a rooster amongst the flock of chickens and he does crow in the morning. Guest access Guests may use the yard in front of the greenhouse and the driveway up to the area where the trailer is parked. Please do not wander around the side or back of the greenhouse unless the host invites you. The host lives on the property behind the greenhouse studio and prefers to maintain privacy as best as possible. Other things to note My home is on the backside of the greenhouse with yard and driveway in between. Your outdoor space and yard face away from me and have some tree and barriers between. I prefer to maintain my privacy and yours.
