“The Saddle Rooms” - Guest Suite

Relax and unwind in this newly renovated, modern and spacious guest suite within a wing of our home. Ideally located to provide an excellent base from which to explore Hampshire, Wiltshire & Dorset. Sleeps 4 as follows - A double bed in the bedroom A double sofa bed in the lounge/kitchen/diner A single sofa bed in the office The space The side door to the guest suite opens into the entrance hall. This contains the door to the bathroom and a corridor leading to the other three rooms. The bathroom has a large shower, sink, toilet and heated towel. The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe , chest of drawers and small TV. There is ample space for a travel cot (which can be provided on request) The study has a desk, chair, single sofa bed and small book case. The lounge/diner has a double sofa bed, TV, dining table and chairs and fully equipped kitchen including washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. The property has hard flooring throughout There is an interconnecting door to our property from the entrance hall. This is kept locked. Parking for one car only is provided outside the entrance door. There is no additional parking available for visitors There is no outdoor space or garden. Guest access Guests have sole access to the guest suite via the side entrance. Other things to note There is a restricted covenant covering our development which means we are unfortunately unable to accept guests travelling with camper vans, caravans, boats or trailers etc. Also, the archway used to access our property (see additional photos) is restricted in height and width making it unsuitable for large work vans etc Parking is available for one car only There are no additional parking spaces available for visitors There is no outdoor space or garden available
