Our apartment is central, bright and charming. The living room overlooks the street, the bedroom overlooks a small, quiet interior courtyard. The bathroom is perfect and the kitchen lacks nothing. Our apartment is located in the 11th arrondissement of Paris near République and Bastille. Currently, in our opinion, the best districts of Paris are the 10th and 11th, so we are placed in precisely the right place! The space Our apartment is a large 2-room apartment, pleasant to live in thanks in particular to the solid oak parquet floor, which gives us a feeling of well-being on a daily basis. What is the layout of the apartment? You enter directly into the living room with its American kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with everything. In the living room we also have a sofa (not convertible), a library, and a large table. On the left, a small hallway leads to a separate WC and then to the bedroom. Then from the bedroom you can go to the dressing room and the bathroom with sink and shower. With us everything is clean, everything works and we have chosen to have quality around us: a good mattress, a good shower, a good parquet floor. It makes life easier and more enjoyable. We hope you will enjoy it. In addition, our Haussmann-style building is of high standing, the common areas are very pretty and clean. Guest access You will have access to everything in our apartment. We will make room for you in our large dressing room and you will feel at home! You can help yourself to spices if you want to cook. In the bathroom we will also leave our products at your disposal. Other things to note We live in this accommodation year round. We ask all travelers to behave with us as they would at home. It is also very important to us that travelers understand that we live in a family and quiet building. It is strictly forbidden to disturb our neighbors. Paris is full of cafes, bars restaurants to have fun so take advantage of it! The apartment is also on the 4th floor without a lift.
