It’s near Stony Brook University-Hospital, the train station, Stony Brook Village, Three Village Inn, north shore beaches, parks/nature preserves, paved Greenway biking/walking path, shopping, dining, galleries, entertainment, Port Jefferson Village and the ferry to Bridgeport. Free street parking in safe and quiet neighborhood. The space There is a queen-size bed in the bedroom and pull-out couch in the living room (full-size mattress as secondary sleeping space). There is a desk and tv in the living room. Also available for use is a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster oven, electric kettle, water purifier, pour-over Chemex coffee carafe, coffee, teas, oatmeal, dishes, utensils, a can opener, a wine bottle opener, coat hangers, clothes iron, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and more! Guest access Guests will enter the apartment through a private entrance on the side of the house and have access to a living room area, a bedroom, and a bathroom. Other things to note This is an apartment in a house, so there may be some noise during day time hours. There is a parakeet and a child in the house who you may hear. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 6am. No cigarette or cigar smoking on the property. No unapproved guests.
