This unique space sure won’t disappoint. Come experience the third level loft of this refurbished train station . The space Open concept loft, situated on the third floor of this 2 acre property backing on to the belle river. Golf green and hot tub. Full kitchen with 2 mini fridges, oven/stove and coffee maker There is a full bathroom with walk in shower . One queen bed and ample couch space . If more sleeping space is required you can bring an air mattress . 2 Flat screen tvs with streaming networks available River and boat ramp access available Please note : close proximity to freight train . Which runs at all different times. Including at night . Can be quite loud to some . Guest access You have access to the whole third floor Gas fire pit on main level upon request River access Other things to note Check-in is between 4pm & 9pm *Please provide full names of all guests (day/night) at initial booking for insurance purposes. If any unregistered guests are found on the property, this could lead to eviction of all guests.. *Please leave space tidy and clean. The maintenance fee is based on the assumption that the property is left clean. Any excessive cleaning will be billed at a rate of $50 an hour. *Please take all of your left over food with you. *Please only flush toilet paper down toilet. No feminine products *Accidents happen, but please let us know if you break anything so we can replace it. *Before checking out, please strip your bedsheets and pillowcases and just leave them on the bed (so we know what needs washing). * Access to river available from property. please note , only shorter boats will fit under bridge to go out to the lake due to water levels right now. * Please inform us beforehand if you plan on bringing any water crafts . * Do not recommend swimming in the river , if you choose to please do so at your own risk.
