Stainless steel appliances, cookware, and a complimentary coffee station with pods and a spice rack make it easy to prepare meals or late-night snacks. End the evening with a soothing soak in the spacious hot tub (shared with the other unit, Rockies Rainbow Road). 👶 Added Conveniences This home is designed to make your stay easy and enjoyable. Family-friendly touches include a dedicated poker table, pack-n-play, and high chair. Free parking, fast WiFi, and smart locks add peace of mind, while USB ports and outlets by every bed keep your devices charged and ready. Guest access 🔑 Enjoy private access to the entire unit. The unit is one-half of a duplex (2 units on the property). The other is Rockies Rainbow Road and is also available to book. Other things to note 🔑 Rockies Rainbow Road is one unit of a Duplex. The other unit is also a rental (Rockies Rainbow Road) and can be booked too if you have a large group and need double the space! (6 total bedrooms) 📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement. 🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry. ☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. ⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late 💵 Additional Fees: Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability. 🛁 Shared Hot Tub: Please note that the hot tub is shared between guests of both units.
