This facility is a renovated traditional Japanese house. There is a free washing machine and dryer, so it is suitable for medium to long-term stays. There is also a co-working space where you can freely use printers and external displays, making it suitable for workations. It is located about 20 minutes by train from Ikebukuro Station, Tokyo's main terminal, and about 8 minutes on foot from Oyama Station on the Tojo Line. On the route from Oyama Station, there is a famous shopping street (Happy Road Oyama), and it is a very convenient place with many restaurants. On the other hand, the facility itself is located in a residential area, so you can spend time quietly. The space The bedroom is a traditional Japanese-style room, but it has a regular lock so you can secure your privacy. There is a futon instead of a bed. There is also a floor space and a hanging scroll closet. It is a south-facing room. Bedroom size: approximately 12.3 m² (excluding storage space) The workspace, shower & laundry room, and toilet are shared. Guest access The bedroom is a private space. The shower & laundry space, work space, and toilet are shared. You will not be able to enter the office room. During your stay The host lives nearby and can be contacted by phone in an emergency. The owner lives in another area (Okayama Prefecture), but often comes to Tokyo, and in that case, he stays here.
