Lovely room 7 in Vipavska house

This is a bright, queen sized bed bedroom on the ground floor of the house. It is fully furnished with a queen size bed, closet, desk with light, chair and a night stand with light. It has it’s own exit to front yard, besides the garden. Also suitable for couples. The space House is in a nice and green neighbourhood approx 24 min walking distance from the old city. We offer 6 parking spaces. Our house has 3 floors with 24 cozy and bright (fully furnished) rooms, 3 fully equipped kitchens with dining and socialising areas, one in each floor, plenty of bathrooms and toilets and even a jacuzzi. The house has a nice private garden with lots of greenery suitable for barbecuing or sunbathing and even a big terrace to enjoy morning coffee in the sun. Guest access On the ground floor there is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, induction plate stove, microwave…) with plenty of tables and chairs, storage cabinets and an access to an outside covered terrace/veranda and lush garden for barbeque or simply relaxation. On this floor there are 3 bathrooms with a shower and a toilet (one of the bathrooms has 2 washing machines and a 2 dryers), a separate toilet and separate bathroom. Altogether 4 showers and 4 toilets. There are 10 rooms on this floor. All the floors are accessible to all guests by the main staircase and so all the amenities are at your disposal, although each floor is a self sufficient unit with everything one might need for a comfortable stay. During your stay We can always be contacted thru the platform chat and we respond promptly to our guests. In case of emergencies we can also be reached via the phone (both my and co-host's number are posted on our profile) Other things to note There are a few parking spaces in the fron yard. If they're all occupied when you arrive you can park on Gerbičeva street approx. 400m from the house. We do not reserve parking spots.
