Very central and quiet: choice of double bed or two single beds, heated pool (April-November), villa in Yaiza close to bars, supermarket, language school, hairdresser, church, town hall, gardens, and squares. Do you walk, run, or cycle? There are many trails leading to Timanfaya, La Geria, El Golfo, and Papagayo. Excellent restaurants are available. 3 minutes drive to Uga, 10 to El Golfo, 12 to Puerto Carmen, 15 to Playa Blanca, and 20 to the airport. Bus stop nearby. The space The Villa has a view to the mountains of Yaiza and to the vulcanos of Timanfaya, it is surrounded by terraces and gardens with a shared swimming pool. The property has one bedroom (queen or two singles) is totally new & arranged with taste, comfort and privacy, with a kitchen & an extra comfortable sofa bed, TV, Netflix, high speed wifi and more. Central air conditioning and heating are available. The pool is normally not heated and when it is the temperature is not over 20 degrees Celsius. Guest access You can access to the open spaces from the property, both from a main entrance or from the bedroom door-window. Street free parking is always available. The pool and its terrace might be shared. From street level you need to walk some stairs (21 steps) to the villa level. That allows the property to have a nice view. The property is part of a community of 4 single villas. You are allow to use only your terrace and ethe pool area, no other areas are allow to you. Other things to note Normally we do not provide drinking water, food nor coffee. In case of need we can provide extra services on request: grocery delivery before your arrival, a special meal, laundry or just ask what we can provide. (Some services are to be paid) The area is populated with cats, transiting during the night from various villas.
