Fully furnished with everything you might require for your trip at Mango Key Community Resort Style On the first floor, there is the living room, dining room and a master bedroom with a King bed, a sofa bed and a full bathroom. Kitchen area and patio. Upstairs is a children's bedroom with a Full bunk bed with twin above, additional a twin bed, you can also inflate one of our queen size air beds. In addition, a full sofa bed in the mezzanine. The other airbed can be inflated in the spacious living room. This Airbed is located in the master bedroom closet. After you have used the air mattress, deflate the air mattress Guest access Insert code to enter through the community, you have one spot designated with number 6, and park your other car in the non reserve spot, please use other parking space without a number, there is plenty of space around the house. MONTHLY RENTAL Please note: as part of this fully furnished kitchen, we provide pots, pans, dishes, silverware, cups and glasses. However, you are responsible for anything additional you might need during your stay. Please also note: the home will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. There will NOT be daily/weekly cleaning service and we will NOT be responsible for any cleaning during your stay. If your stay is longer than two weeks and you’d like to learn about cleaning options, we can discuss pricing and even schedule the cleaning for you. If your stay is longer than 2 weeks, we recommend to clean biweekly, which we can schedule and discuss pricing with you. We provide pots, pans, dishes, silverware, cups and glasses. You are responsible for whatever else you think you need for your stay!!! Florida is notorious for its prolific inset life like ants, roaches, lizards and bug, for that reason the homes are treated both inside and out. Ants are the most prevalent and annoying pests - they feed on a variety of foods such as sugars , syrups, jelly, grease, cookies and meats. Therefore, to make your stay more comfortable, please don't leave food or drinks on the countertops, in wastebaskets and specially on the pool deck. Please, know that dirty or damp clothes is the favorite hiding place for insects and lizards. Please do not leave any door or window open, increases insets infestation.
