Apartment in authentic villa & Capri view

I offer my guests a bright and beautiful apartment in an 18th-century villa built by my family. The apartment is located in the countryside of Massa Lubrense, in a peaceful place yet close to the town center, shops, and restaurants. A small car is recommended, but the bus stop is within walking distance. The apartment has a view of the sea and Capri and is directly illuminated by the sun all day until sunset. Other apartments in the same villa are occupied. The space The Capri apartment is spread over two levels: Upstairs, you’ll find the bedrooms, a bathroom, and a lovely terrace overlooking the garden — a serene spot, especially in the morning, to enjoy the fresh air and morning light. Downstairs, there’s a bright and airy living room with large windows offering views of both the sea and the garden. Surrounded by an L-shaped terrace, it's ideal for sipping aperitifs while watching the sunset. The kitchen, complete with a second full bathroom with shower, opens onto the garden and features another delightful terrace — a perfect corner to enjoy cooking while sipping wine at the balcony. The peace, the light, the view, the surroundings, and the charm of the villa are aspects that make it unique and inimitable. Being in the country there are cats that often come through the balconies by climbing from the rooftops but they are all beautiful and sweet. It is recommended not to feed them in the house to prevent them from coming in and making a mess. The road to reach the villa is narrow and winding, so we recommend using small cars or scooters. Other things to note Important: DO NOT THROW ANYTHING DOWN THE TOILET DRAINS, THERE ARE DUSTBINS IN THE BATHROOM. -Security deposit is 400 euro refundable. -The entrance to the villa is steep and narrow, so I recommend using a small car for easier driving. -For cleaning services, please let us know in advance. (20 euro per hour) - the cost for final cleaning is 100 euro but for longer stays (more than 7 days) there is a very recommended extra charge of 80 euro for change of linen, towels and cleaning per week (no cleaning of stoves included in this price) Electricity allowance included with the accommodation: 45 to 50 kWh per week.
