Guests can enjoy the ground floor of an isolated country house surrounded by nature, 5 minutes from Cardedeu. This space is completely independent and autonomous from the upper floor, where the hosts reside. The interior includes a spacious bedroom and bathroom, a large garage with a kitchen, and access to an exclusive backyard with a heated pool. Exterior with large areas surrounded by nature to park, rest, etc.; accessed by an exclusive path for guests. The space We offer the cozy ground floor of an isolated country house, with exclusive space for guests (90m2, interior space). It includes a large room with a bed and sofa bed (both double), TV, air conditioning, washing machine and bathroom. Garage with kitchen-dining room, refrigerator and access to the backyard with swimming pool, table and chairs. The house is located on the road from Granollers to Gerona (c-251) and the ground floor is accessed by a compact and draining dirt road, exclusively for guests. Guest access All areas of the accommodation are exclusively for guests. There are no common areas to share between guests and hosts. For stays longer than three days, we offer guests pool cleaning service. We will have to access the pool for water treatment every 3 or 4 days. We will access it from the outside, trying to agree on the day and time with the guests. In the event of any breakdown and with the consent of the guests, the hosts will access the garage and/or storage room of the accommodation to resolve any problem. Other things to note -Cardedeu train station: 3 minutes by car or 12 minutes on foot. If you're walking, you have to go along the shoulder of the road. -Barcelona city center: 35 minutes by car (without traffic), approximately 45 minutes by train (Line R2 Nord).  - Josep Tarradellas (El Prat) airports: Direct train ride from Cardedeu station (Line R2 Nord) to Terminal 2 and from there you can make a free transfer to Terminal 1. -Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya (Montmeló): 15 minutes by car (without traffic) and 15 minutes by train (direct route from Cardedeu station to Montmeló station).   - La Roca Village: 4 minutes by car.  - La Roca Golf Course:  a 2-minute drive.  - Montseny Natural Park: 24 minutes by car.
