We have ample parking including space for your boat or RV outside the fence! The space Welcome to our hand built three story log cabin from 1977. On the second floor are two bedrooms with a queen-sized bed in each. Each room has a closet and access to the back patio. Unlock doors if you plan to access them. They will lock you out. Please lock before you leave. There is a Fire Ladder outside on the patio in metal suitcase in case of emergency. 3rd Floor is a loft with a Full Over Full Bunk Bed that can sleep 2 on each bunk - weight limit on upper bunk 150 pounds. Incredible sunrise view from patio. Please leave wood dowel in door when children are upstairs. Due to new carpet, we ask for No Shoes Upstairs with a shoe rack provided under the staircase. The second-floor bathroom is between each bedroom and accessible through the barn door. The bathroom has a combination tub/shower, sink and toilet. We have shampoo, conditioner & body wash for guest use. Also, a small basket of extras is available for your use. Enjoy! All extra sheets, towels & a blow-up mattress are located in 2nd bedroom closet along with an iron and board, and extra necessities. Downstairs on the main level is the kitchen, dining room, living room with a couch & two pull out chairs, TV, DVD player, stereo & table. Space for blowup twin mattress (located in upstairs closet). Second full bathroom on lower level with brand new laundry facilities. Please keep washer lid open to prevent mold. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs- sugar, flour & seasonings, oil are all included. All it needs is your food. The dining area can seat 6 people comfortably. Access to the backyard is through the back door of the living room. This door has a built-in screen. Push the little button on the bottom right corner and pull down. Please close before you leave. Great big fenced yard with propane BBQ, fire pit & six chairs await you! The backyard Bigfoot is from Bullets & Brew (the only coffee shop in town). Please hang chair covers on the hook under the sun, under the porch. Please put them back on after use. Cover the fire pit with the medal cover before you go to bed if you had a fire. Wood provided next to shed. Bring an axe as we do not provide one for safety reasons. FYI - The water heater is small.. we recommend short showers. It refills very quickly usually less than 20 minutes for full recharge. All A/C units are hooked up and ready to use. Please turn them off when you leave to conserve energy. Please DO NOT put attic unit below 70 degrees. 30 amp plugin available.. located inside the backyard gate. Perfect for plugging in unit if parked on side of property. Guest access Please feel free to use all the space in the cabin for your enjoyment. Airstream in the side yard is not accessible! Please respect the locked cabinets in master bedroom and above the stove in kitchen. Other things to note NO PETS!! $250 Fee will be added on top of cleaning fee if pet found on property. Please DO NOT move the BBQ. It’s in a safe space. Our cabin is wood.. moving the BBQ anywhere else on property is not allowed! Our attic space, 3rd floor where we have the full over full bunk bed is designed for extra space (mostly kids use it). It has a brand new AC/Heat Mini Split unit. Please keep blinds closed during the day to reduce heat. Please do not put the temperature below 70 degrees. PLEASE turn it off when leaving. Trash day is Monday morning. Please put the big trash can out on the side street on Sunday Night. Please do not let children play on the rock wall in front of cabin.. or climb on the windmill in back yard.
