Charming stone house in Drôme

The house is located in the countryside in the middle of peach trees and sunflowers, between Loriol and Le Pouzin, 5 minutes from the highway exit No. 16, 3 km from Loriol train station and 3 km from ViaRhôna. Come and rest and enjoy our home. On one side, the Ardèche and its many remarkable sites, on the other the Drôme valley and the Vercors where the activities and discoveries of the terroir await you. The space Old renovated farm, the kitchen, living room and dining room are on the ground floor overlooking the terrace. The 4 bedrooms, toilets and 2 bathrooms are upstairs. The 1st bedroom has a skylight with a 140*190 bed. The 2nd is with a 140*190 bed. The 3rd is with 2 single beds and 2 bunk beds. The 4th is with 1 sofa bed (very good bed). Linens and hand towels provided. Guest access Possibility to put bikes in the closed shed. Repair tools available if needed.
