The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking essentials including a fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and a double tub sink. The Master Bedroom has a 70" smart television, a king memory foam mattress, a ceiling fan, a large walk-in closet, and patio access. Master Bathroom ensuite walk-in shower and double sink vanity. The guest Bedroom has a queen memory foam mattress and nightstands with a charging port. Window view of the mountain range. Private from master bedroom with laundry room in between. Laundry Room has a washer and dryer inside the home. Detergent and dryer sheets are provided. Private large backyard with mountain view. Outdoor fireplace, furniture, and BBQ available. The backyard is not fenced, but a 20' tie-out cable for pets is located in the backyard. *No garage access is allowed, parking is available in the driveway in front of the house. *Boat parking on the south side of the house. Accommodates boats up to 30'. Please contact the host regarding RV parking approval. Guest access Guests have full private access to the home. Garage access is not allowed. Guest parking in the driveway. Boat parking on the south side of the house that can accommodate a 30' boat. RV's are not allowed without previous authorization.
