Metres from the beach and bustling harbour of Cornwall’s premier holiday resort Seaway Beach House is at the heart of Looe, surrounded by beach and harbour and only 50 metres from the sandy shore. Looe is a major centre for deep sea fishing and shark angling and you can take boat trips to Polperro, Fowey and Looe Island, or hire a craft to tour up river. Seaway Beach House is just metres away from a range of shops, boutiques, fine restaurants, smugglers’ taverns and the famous Banjo Pier.🐠 ⚓️⛵️🏊‍♂️ The space Seaway is a four bedroom house with two double bedrooms, one single room with a view of the beach and the bay, and a room with twin-beds. It can accommodate up to seven people and has FREE WIFI. There is an upstairs bathroom with bath and overhead shower and a separate upstairs w.c. The ground floor has a second bathroom in an outdoor annex with large shower and and w.c. There is a galley type kitchen with a wooden beamed ceiling. At the rear of the property there is a small private courtyard on two levels and an outdoor utility room with washing machine and drier. Seaway is a No Smoking Let.🏊‍♂️🐠 To issue the keys we will need proof of identity at least one week before check-in in the form of photographic government ID from the person in whose name the let us booked - a driving license or main passport page or other identity card with your photograph, name and address. These can be can uploaded as a photo message on the Air Bnb messaging stream.🐠 Guest access Guests will have full private use of the four bedroom property. The property has FREE WIFI. The owner can be contacted 24/7 via a mobile telephone number left at the property and will assist with any queries about the property and the surrounding area. Please don’t hesitate to call if you need to. There will also be a local contact number for nearby help in the case of emergency. Message Gareth the owner at least 24hrs before arrival to arrange key collection. If possible you will be met on arrival but when this is not possible you will be given a key code for the key box on the front door.
