COMPLETELY RENOVATED IN APRIL 2023! Welcome to Little Fairway, a perfect tiny space for couples or a solo adventurer! A cozy studio condo located in Fairway Village at Mahogany Run. Little Fairway is a small, 500 square foot condo on the north side of St.Thomas. It has a full kitchen and is steps away from the pool! This bright and tiny space close to Magen’s Bay is the perfect location for vacationing on this small island! The space The space Little Fairway is a tiny studio condo. With 500 square feet, this is a perfect space for traveling couples, a solo adventurer or a work trip. This bright, quiet studio features a queen size bed, a private balcony, and, access to a pool with gorgeous views! There are a few restaurants and a coffee shop close by, and with a 10 minute drive to Megan's Bay or Drake's seat, this is a perfect location for exploring the island of St. Thomas! Guest access The entire condo will be yours during your stay at Little Fairway! A private balcony with lush views is yours as well! There is a community pool about 25 feet away from the front door. This area is shared with other condo guests but is usually very quiet and peaceful. Other things to note Power outages do occasionally occur in St. Thomas. Please note that when this does happen, there will be no electricity, air conditioning, or wifi. Most outages only last about an hour. (Flashlights and a battery-operated fan are provided just in case.) Internet/wifi outages also occur on the island of St. Thomas. This can make connecting to internet services, email, websites, and even phone calls difficult. Although it usually short and sweet, rainy weather is common here on the island. Packing an umbrella and a light rain jacket could be helpful. The island is a jungle, and with that comes bugs. Make sure to bring some insect repellant spray along with you. I promise it will come in handy! Fairway Condos were built in the 1980s. There could be some construction on the property and there might be some noise due to this. All construction abides by the quiet time rules and no construction is allowed on Sundays.
