A countryside retreat boasting wonderful walks to Baildon Moors, Tong Park and Ilkley Moors (a little further a field). This private space has a shared (with my family) garden and patio area. The garden gate gives immediate access to a bridle way which leads to Tong Park and nature reserve, 5 minute walk to the train station or a 10 minute walk up to the village centre. The space is finished to a very high standard to create a comfortable and peaceful space for visitors. The space This is a private entrancefrom the main house. Shared access to the patio and garden. As it's brand new, the rest of the property does look old and tired, as does the garden patio area. Guest access Full access (private) to the living room, bedroom and en suite Other things to note We do have a dog who accesses the garden however he will not cause any issues. Access to the garden play equipment isn't available as its not commercial standard (insurance states that it has to be commercial grade to be used by the public).
