Cozy and quirky, Olive Lodge is a peaceful countryside hideaway for couples or solo travelers. Explore North Norfolk’s beaches, villages, and Sandringham—all just 15 minutes away. The property is in a very rural location and a car is essential as there are no walking routes / shops nearby. We only accept 1 small / medium dog - please do not ask to add more than 1 dog as we are unable to accommodate due to the property being so compact. The space The Space Welcome to Olive Lodge, a charming west-facing countryside retreat nestled along the B1454 with a private enclosed Pickett fence garden. This newly converted lodge is perfect for couples or solo travelers seeking peace, privacy, and a rural escape in Norfolk. As you enter, the living and dining area is to the right—a compact, cozy space designed for comfort. It features a well-equipped kitchen with an electric oven, 2-burner gas hob, fridge, sink, and all the utensils you’ll need to prepare meals. The space also includes a small sofa for two, a dining table with chairs, and a TV for relaxing evenings in. To the left, you’ll find a calming, perfectly sized bedroom with a king-size bed, chest of drawers, wall hangings for clothing, under-bed storage, and soft, ambient lighting. Bath towels are provided for your convenience. The shower room, centrally located, is beautifully decorated and fully fitted, with a towel rail and hanging hook for bathrobes or nightwear. The outdoor space has a fully enclosed Pickett fencing with grass & paving, outdoor dining furniture, charcoal BBQ, outdoor seating and an outdoor log burner. Surrounded by rolling farm fields and grazing livestock, Olive Lodge offers a true rural getaway while remaining just 2 miles from the center of Stanhoe Village. Please note: a car is essential, as there are no nearby shops or walking routes. Experience the perfect blend of countryside tranquility, comfort, and easy access to North Norfolk’s beaches, villages, and attractions. •1 of 3 lodges within the grounds for group family getaways Field View Lodge sleeps 4 adults, 1 child + 1 infant Oak Lodge sleeps 4 adults, 1 infant, 1 dog Guest access Guests have full, private access to Olive Lodge, including the enclosed garden, living/dining area, bedroom, and shower room. The lodge has its own private entrance, ensuring peace and privacy throughout your stay. While the lodge is located within the grounds of our home, guests enjoy complete independence during their stay. Outdoor seating in the garden is available for relaxing, dining al fresco, or enjoying the beautiful rural surroundings. Other things to note • Olive Lodge is in a rural countryside location surrounded by farm fields and livestock. • A car is essential for getting around, as there are no nearby shops, cafes, or walking routes. • The property has a Stanhoe address, but the village center is approximately 2 miles away. • This lodge is perfect for couples or solo travelers seeking a quiet, off-the-beaten-path retreat. • While peaceful and private, there will be road noise. • We will accept 1 small / medium dog only for a fee of £30. Please do not allow your dog on the sofa or bed, please clear up after your dog & keep your dog enclosed within Olive Lodge garden. • You are required to provide your own charcoal for the BBQ. • We provide a complimentary basket of logs, kindling & firelighters for the outdoor log burner - We can provide additional baskets of logs for a £5 fee which you can purchase via the QR code within the welcome brochure. • If you are found to be charging your vehicle via our electric within the property we will issue a £50 charge via Airbnb
