Guest access Travellers have access to the entire accommodation. Other things to note Arrivals are self-service for greater flexibility. They are from 4pm and departures must be no later than 11am. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10am to 9pm). All our guests receive household linen, essential items for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) and one large towel per person, along with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen bin bags, bathroom bin bags, a sponge and washing-up liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay. We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel refreshment, replenishment of essential items, or delivery can be arranged on request at an additional cost. Upon confirmation of your stay, you will receive the ArchiDuchesse tourist booklet, our tips with promotional codes from our selected partners, and the arrival instructions for your accommodation. The ArchiDuchesse courtyard offers a range of services to make your stay as pleasant as possible: baby equipment hire, luggage storage, shuttle service, babysitting, gourmet boxes, tourist visits, event planning (marriage proposals, birthdays, themed rooms, etc.) and much more! When renting accommodation, it is important to follow a few rules to ensure that everything goes smoothly and to avoid any surprises with the deposit! Please treat the accommodation as if it were your own: avoid damage, respect the furniture and leave the premises clean when you leave. Follow the instructions regarding schedules and use of equipment, and respect the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood. And if you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to let us know. Please note that parties are strictly prohibited (€250 will be deducted from the deposit), the accommodation is entirely non-smoking (€50 will be deducted from the deposit), pets are not allowed (€50 will be deducted from the deposit) unless requested and agreed in advance by us, and any loss, theft or damage will be charged at the actual replacement value.
