Newly built studio in Negril, Jamaica. Family-friendly environment. Our bright studio is located in a small new building under a mango tree in a quiet cul-de-sac. You have your own entrance, via the terrace and enter your bedroom with kitchen and private bathroom. The studio is located between the famous 7 Mile Beach and Rick's Café. Restaurants, shops, the town center and a small beach bay are within walking distance. AC and hot water on request. The space The cozy, modern studio in a family-friendly environment. We are a small and private property with 7 residential units. It's a wonderful mix of locals and tourists from all over the world. Every Saturday the vegetable cart comes to the property, chickens and goats walk down the street. People meet to chat in the seating area under the ackee tree. We are family-friendly and authentic. Quiet cul-de-sac close to the city center and 7 Mile Beach. Live with locals, support locals! To avoid plastic waste, we offer drinking water in refillable bottles. Guest access You can park your car on the property. In the garden you will find our seating area under the ackee tree. Mangos or bananas may just be ripe. You can light the BBQ grill and enjoy life and your vacation. Other things to note 2 minutes walk to the next small beach bay with restaurant and bar. 10 minutes walk to downtown, 15 minutes to 7 Mile Beach. Numerous shops, restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity.
