Spacious villa with room for many

Large and bright villa in a townhouse area! Private garden with no insight, several bedrooms and the possibility of more people staying for those who can imagine sleeping on mattresses. The house is very spacious, has a large kitchen, two large living rooms, one bathroom with a whirlpool tub, one with a shower. It is 1.5 km to Nödinge station where commuter trains go to Gothenburg, 1 km to Vimmersjön, an idyllic swimming lake. Perfect for families with children or large groups! The space The house was built in 1974. Renovated in 2014, so it's not something that's brand new, but the house is used and to some extent worn, but everything works and is in good condition. Large trampoline in the front, large dining area in the back and several places where you can sit and enjoy both evening and morning sun. Playground is in the area! Car-free streets, only couriers or mail that drive in. Parking is available along Börsagårdsvägen, about 200 meters from our house. Note - 10 beds only applies if you can imagine sleeping one person in each sofa, as well as two people on a mattress on the floor, otherwise we can offer six beds. The crib is a travel bed, in fabric. Let us know if you want to use it and we'll put it out. We have plenty of floor space so there is room for more than 10 people if you bring your own mattresses! Guest access The whole house except for the walk-in closet and storage. Other things to note Stairs are located in the house. Also a step to get into the house. You can stay downstairs with a wheelchair, several wide doorways. However, bathtub with high edge on the lower floor, so possibly difficult with bath/shower for those who use a wheelchair.
