You can have all your meals outside facing the flower garden and get lost in your thoughts (in summer). The house consists of: - Ground floor: Living room with lounge and kitchen. On the kitchen side, direct access to a pergola with dining area and toilet overlooking the garden. - Floor 1: master bedroom with ensuite shower room + toilet, dressing room and TV. - 2nd floor: Spacious mezzanine bedroom with 1 single bed, a double bed and ensuite bathroom/toilet. Cot with real mattress, inclined bath seat, toys In summer, arrivals and departures are only on the weekend except for stays longer than 7 nights Provided: Tea towels, hand towels, paper towels, shower mats, Senseo espresso machine + pods + refillable pods for ground coffee, dishwashing liquid, hand soap, one medium-sized bath towel per person... baby: baby crib + sheets and mattress, highchair, toys, footstool, toilet reducer, bath seat, toys... On site, there is a tourist guide where I have listed the must-see sites, nearby activities to do with the family and everything you should not miss during your stay. Linens are included for stays of 7 nights or more. The bed linen option is extra for stays of less than 7 nights (bed linen: €10/double bed, €5/single bed). For those used to the calm of the countryside, I remind you that it is a house in the city center so cars pass in front of the house. The garden is at the back of the house so not visible from the street. The main access to the house is from the back as this is more convenient. Guest access You'll have the entire place to yourself.
