Completely remodeled in 2023, this charming little home offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The well-stocked kitchen allows you to whip up delicious meals, while smart TVs in the bedrooms and board games in the living room provide entertainment for the whole family. A desk upstairs offers a quiet corner to catch up on work. Unwind and enjoy a backyard barbecue in the cozy fenced-in space. Note: This is an older house that has been totally renovated. However, the stairs are steep and have narrow steps. The ceiling over the stairs is low. Please use caution. Children and elderly people should not use stairs without help. Guests have access to the entire home. There is private parking in the back of the house off the alley. There is on street parking in front of the house. Please be aware that the local fire company is located nearby, and their siren is quite loud. It may be heard multiple times a day due to the nature of emergency response. There are 2 yellow chairs in the dining room that lay flat to convert to a small single bed. They are a little hard, so we purchased memory foam mats that fit on top of them. These chair beds are not the coziest place to sleep but would suit children or a small, hardy adult. SMART TVs ONLY.
