Great small town experience. Located right in town, so minutes from gas, groceries, and food. 4 miles from Port Royal Speedway and 45 miles from Penn State. Comfortably sleeps 4 adults and 4 kids. Fenced in back yard with patio and grill. Right across the street from the library, park, tennis courts, and ball diamond. FIRE COMPANY AT END OF THE STREET. FIRE SIREN SOUNDS RANDOMLY. The space Completely remodeled in 2023, this charming little home offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The well-stocked kitchen allows you to whip up delicious meals, while smart TVs in the bedrooms and board games in the living room provide entertainment for the whole family. A desk upstairs offers a quiet corner to catch up on work. Unwind and enjoy a backyard barbecue in the cozy fenced-in space. Note: This is an older house that has been totally renovated. However, the stairs are steep and have narrow steps. The ceiling over the stairs is low. Please use caution. Children and elderly people should not use stairs without help. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home. There is private parking in the back of the house off the alley. There is on street parking in front of the house. Please park only in front of the house you are renting. Other things to note There are 2 yellow chairs in the dining room that lay flat to convert to a small single bed. They are a little hard, so we purchased memory foam mats that fit on top of them. These chair beds are not the coziest place to sleep but would suit children or a small, hardy adult. SMART TVs ONLY.
