The space You will have at your disposal a cozy apartment with a double bedroom featuring a terrace, a well-equipped kitchen with a dining table, a living room with a sofa bed and another terrace, and a bathroom with all the amenities for your comfort during your stay. This will be the ideal apartment for couples on vacation, professionals on business, or a weekend getaway in the north of the country. For your greater comfort, the apartment includes air conditioning, a dishwasher, a Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a cable box. Book now! Because Liiiving is Easy!!!! Guest access The guest has access to the entire apartment. Other things to note There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged for smoking. If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without authorization, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged. If you lose the key, you will be charged a fee (upon inquiry). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team’s assistance to open the door, a fee of €40 will apply after 7:00 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention) – the cost will be determined upon inquiry. In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). If you are thinking of bringing your pet, please note that the final price displayed in your reservation includes only one pet. If you bring more than one, please contact us. For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit for water, electricity, and internet/television package expenses of €150. If these costs are exceeded, the excess amount will be paid by the guest. The tenant agrees, whenever requested by the host, to allow entry of a staff member for property inspections, with monthly visits planned for this purpose. We offer a transfer service that will take you directly to the apartment! Just make the request! You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast service, delivered to your apartment every morning upon request! Important note: There is construction work near the apartment, which causes noise from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control but may affect the stay of our guests.
