Guest access The guest has access to the entire apartment! Other things to note There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fine of 200 euros will be applied. If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. Unauthorized late check-outs will be charged 200€ per hour. In case of a lost key, a replacement fee will be charged (price upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, there will be a charge of 40€ after 7:00 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention), the cost will be provided upon request. In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). For bookings of 28 nights or more, there is a limit on water, electricity, and internet/TV package expenses of 150€. If this amount is exceeded, the additional cost will be covered by the guest. The tenant is required to allow access to the property whenever requested by the host, permitting an authorized team member to carry out inspections. Monthly visits are expected for this purpose.
