Large bay windows let in natural light, and a living room open to the kitchen offers access to the private terrace. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, towels, hair dryer, shampoo and shower gel to offer you optimal comfort. The full kitchen, on the other hand, has an induction hotplate, kettle, coffee maker, conventional and microwave oven, toaster and small fridge. The studio offers the possibility of accommodating 4 people. On one hand, the bedroom area, which takes place at the back of the living room with a double bed. On the other hand, a two-seater sofa bed, located across from the kitchen, with everything you need available (sheets, duvet, pillows). You also have the option to separate the two sleeping spaces with a curtain that unfolds between the two to give you more privacy. Located close to Chinatown, transportation and all amenities (bakeries, restaurants, pharmacy, laundromat, supermarket etc), you can do anything on foot easily. Guest access The accommodation occupies the ground floor of our family home. We are on site to welcome you and help you as needed. This accommodation is non-smoking and unfortunately no pets are allowed due to allergies. From the street, a staircase of about ten steps gives access to the studio. Paid parking is available on the surrounding streets if you are coming by car. Metro stations, buses, and trams are a 5-minute walk. By public transportation you will be: - 24 minutes to the Louvre - 23 minutes from Porte de Versailles - 24 minutes from Centre Pompidou - 36 minutes to the Eiffel Tower
