It consists of award winning architecturally designed homes set amongst acres of nature reserves and tranquil lakes. The estate has a wide range of activities to be enjoyed including an outdoor pool, private beach, spa, gym, rooftop bar. The more adventurous can enjoy the kayaks, paddleboards and electric bikes. Children will love the two play areas, zip wire, tennis courts and more. The space Ty Haf is a beautiful contemporary five bedroom property with rooftop terrace that sleeps 10 (plus 2 children). It is located on the fantastic Silverlake Estate and enjoys use of all its facilities. It is the perfect base to enjoy a pet and child friendly holiday exploring the beautiful Dorset countryside and coastline. Downstairs in Ty Haf, there is an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with sliding doors leading to a covered outdoor decked area complete with bench and seats to enjoy your morning coffee and watch the world go by. After an aperitif from the complementary Gin Trolley you can seat twelve people comfortably at the dining table for a delicious meal prepared in the well equipped kitchen. Should the weather be nice enough you can slide open the dogs to eat al fresco. During colder times there is a wood burning stove to create a nice cosy atmosphere. Evenings can be whiled away using the board games and books that can be found in the sideboard. The ground floor also has a WC and a utility room complete with doggy shower and towels to wash down the dogs after their exciting adventures on the reserve and nearby beaches. Finally, there is a downstairs bedroom complete with en-suite shower room and Kingsize bed. Perfect for older guests or anyone with mobility problems who would rather not or cannot use the stairs. Upstairs you can find a further four beautifully decorated bedrooms. Two with Kingsize beds, en-suites and sliding doors leading to balconies with seating. A Double with a desk and monitor for those who have to keep on top of their workload, and a Children's Room with double bunkbeds that could sleep 4 children (or 2 adults) and contains cosy beanbags, books and games to keep the kids entertained. A travel cot, high chair, changing mat and stair gate are also available for our younger guests. Finally there is a spacious family bathroom with bath.
