The space A spacious, 2 bedroom (1 king sized/2 singles) ground floor flat suitable for families or small groups of up to four. There is a modern shower room with WC and wash hand basin with shower running off of a combi boiler (hot water on demand). The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and utensils. The living accomodation is spacious and has Sky TV/wifi. Bedding/ Towels/ Washing machine/ Iron(&board)/ Hairdryer are provided for use. Guest access Guests will have sole use of the property and all rooms within. Other things to note Please read and familiarise yourself with house rules. The flat is located in a residential area so please have consideration for the neighbours during quiet hours. No parties/events or business activities are permitted. No smoking/vaping of any kind within the property. Pets are accepted for stays on the understanding they are declared at the time of booking and guests take full responsibility for them throughout the trip. They should come with their own bed and must be cleaned up after. Any excessive cleaning/damages will be claimed through Air bnb.
