Quiet house ideal for family close to Besançon

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family in the friendly village of Geneuille, close to Besançon Franche-Comté TGV train station. It is 15 minutes from Besançon and its rich heritage. Ideal base for exploring the region: from cultural walks in the city, to hikes in the Jura or Vosges mountains, to the gastronomy of Haut Doubs, you will enjoy this moment of change of scenery. The space My house includes a very large property, with fruit trees and a very productive vegetable garden ;) It is a single-story accommodation with 3 bedrooms (3 double beds), a large living room with a living room, armchairs and sofa, a dining room with a table for 8 people, a kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, induction hob, refrigerator, espresso machine and all the cooking utensils you will need. Spacious shower, 2 toilets as well as a washing machine and dryer. You will also have at your disposal: Wi-Fi, TV, sound bar, sheets, towels and shower shampoo. On the garden side, you will enjoy the last queen-claude plums, "l'arbre est clafi" mirabelles, melon and perhaps the first pears. The many varieties of heirloom tomatoes and cherry tomatoes are ripe. The zucchini and cucumber plants are abundant! We'll host you and feed you... the counterpart will be a good watering depending on the weather. Guest access You will have access to the entire house on the ground floor (the upper floor is still under construction and not secured, and will be strictly forbidden). Guests can use the bikes (3 adults and 1 teen) for family rides. Other things to note Close to the house you will find a bakery, a connected grocery store (dairy products, eggs, fruits & vegetables, deli... only local products), a gourmet restaurant, a fishing pond and playgrounds within walking distance. Access to shopping centers (Ecole Valentin and Devecey) and producer store 5-10 min drive. A cute little cat named Maya is part of our family. You'll just have to give her kibble every now and then, she lives mostly outside this season.
