Enjoy the disk golf or hiking trail or take the kids to the splash pad! Then just walk back to the boat and relax before venturing out to see The mountains in nearby Gatlinburg/ pigeon Forge. Or rent a pontoon boat from the dock or bring your bass boat for some great boating fun or fishing. Tie up spot is waiting for you on the sun deck!! The space The boat has one bed room with a full bed and also a reclining couch and loveseat. There is also an air mattress under the bed if preferred. A full kitchen also exists for cooking with utensils provided. Satellite television is provided as well if you want to relax in the air conditioner Guest access The front porch makes for good sitting around and a back deck has a grill and loungers for relaxing or sun bathing. This is also where you tie up your boat Other things to note A liability waiver must be signed. You will find it inside on arrival. House rules must be followed or guest can be asked to vacate the premises without refund. Twra and Tva laws and regulations are the responsibility of guest and should be followed at all times.
