St Cross Pool House

A large and stylish family home, with a beautiful swimming pool in the centre of St Cross, just by the water meadows. It's hard to believe you're in Winchester. It is our home. We would love to rent it to a family who will look after it as if it is their own home. The pool is inviting, with a safety cover and heated to 27 degrees. It is the perfect place to explore the local area and then return home and relax around the pool. 10% discount for 2 week booking 15% discount for month booking The space Five large double bedooms, 4 on the 1st floor for a family to be together, with 3 bathrooms. On the ground floor there is the large and spacious kitchen that looks out onto the pool and the garden with 2 large reception rooms behind it and a playroom. Guest access The guests will be able to access the entire house, less the office which will be locked, as will a few cupboards. Other things to note We have 2 gorgeous, enormous cats called Sam & Pam. They live in the house so you must be a family who loves cats! They will be fed and looked after by our caretaker who lives in a flat on the side of the house. She will also be on hand to look after the swimming pool and help you navigate the house and with any questions you may have. The house is not suitable for toddlers as there are some stairs without handrails. The pool cover is however very secure. Above the house, on the top floor there is a flat for holiday lets. It is independent from the house with its own entrance.
