Mountain yurt

In an equestrian farm, perched in the Vosges forest, I offer you my residential yurt for rent during my absence. Contemporary yurt of 40 m2, very bright and comfortable, it has a kitchenette and a bathtub connected to hot water, electricity on the network, computer available, fridge, gas stove, wood stove for heating, dry toilet 50 m away, parking space next to the yurt. City of Remiremont and its shops 10 min away The space Hello, welcome to my residential yurt! Surrounded by a coniferous forest, perched 600 m on the heights of Dommartin les Remiremont. The yurt is in the heart of an educational equestrian farm, with animals, agricultural tools, locals and tourists. The horse riding school is 50 m from the yurt, with riders who can pass by the accommodation from time to time. The accommodation is for 2 people, with a double mezzanine bed, but it can accommodate a child or animals on the sofa under the mezzanine. The yurt does not lock with keys, but with a latch. There is no risk of theft ;) I have a WIFI key that allows you to connect the internet network of your phone in connection sharing to the computer. But I don't have an internet box. The dome has no light obstruction, if you are disturbed by daylight in the morning, consider taking an eye mask. Please ventilate the yurt when cooking and after showering, condensation is quick in the yurt. The water connection is not on the network but on a source, when the temperatures are negative, a 200L water tank is installed inside the yurt. For long stays, you will need to recharge the tank via a Canadian well right next door (I will show you the process) Drinking water is in the Berkey filter fountain (be careful to fill the top tank according to what is left in the bottom tank, otherwise it overflows), do not drink the water directly from the sink. For the shower, the water heater has a capacity of 30 L, this does not allow you to fill the bathtub completely, be careful not to run out of it ;) The main heating is the wood stove, which heats the yurt in 30 min and quite strongly. Be careful to set the draft low enough as soon as the yurt starts to get hot, otherwise it gets too hot ;) I also have a gas heater that is stored under the mezzanine bed. The dry toilet is outside, 100 m from the yurt. You have to walk to the right, go around the horse carousel and follow the signs "dry toilets", they are behind the buildings on the right. My cat Pelote may come to see you, kibble is available for him next to the bathtub. Dogs also live on the farm, please keep yours on a leash or always have it in sight. I rent my personal accommodation, all my belongings are there, I make sure to leave you some free space for your personal belongings.
