Winter after skiing, enjoy the jacuzzi (Open all year round) and watch the snow fall on the mountains or read a book while cocooning in the living room. From June to the end of September, lounge by the pool after hiking in our beautiful Ariège. And while the kids play in the fully enclosed 3000 m2 garden, parents share great games of pétanque at aperitif time. The space Located in the pretty village of Savignac-les-Ormeaux, our house will offer you all the comfort to spend a week of vacation where you will find peace and relaxation, while being close to all amenities. You will find a supermarket a five-minute walk from the house, as well as a bakery, two pizzeria restaurants and a very convenient ski rental in winter. To facilitate your travels, a shuttle operates in winter (convenient if the roads are snowy) and summer will allow you to reach Ax-les-Thermes without using your vehicle. With direct access to the foot of the slope via the Ax 3 Domaines cable car. A walking path allows you to reach Ax-les-Thermes (25-minute walk) along the Ariège river. A large fully-equipped open kitchen with central island that can be used as a dining table. Which also connects to the terrace. A dining room adjoining the kitchen and terrace. A large living room with a corner sofa, and a TV area (118 cm) that overlooks the veranda and garden. On the ground floor, night side: - A master bedroom (1) of 18 m² with a 160 x 200 bed and storage. - A bedroom (2) with a 140 x 190 bed + a dressing room - Storage in the hallway - A 2nd separate toilet - A bathroom with walk-in shower, and a double sink + storage. Upstairs night side: - A bedroom (3) with a 160 x 200 bed + closet storage. - A bedroom (4) CHILDREN with 1 baby bed, a changing table, a bunk bed (140 at the bottom 90 at the top). - Storage in the hallway. - A bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. Guest access The accommodation is fully accessible. Apart from a room that serves as personal storage. For hygiene reasons, a complete cleaning as well as a change of water is carried out at each arrival, which implies a water heating time of 24 hours. If there was a departure on the day of your arrival, the jacuzzi will therefore only be functional and at temperature the next day. Non-smoking house Use of the fireplace and barbecue: Fireplace: For safety reasons, the use of the fireplace/pellet stove is strictly prohibited. BBQ: The barbecue can only be used with charcoal.
