The space Rental is located in a small quiet subdivision in Beautiful downtown Ball Ground. Sitting on just over half an acre, you can enjoy our beautiful patio where hummingbirds are regular visitors. Guest access As a guest you will have access to the sitting room/office, from there you can access the balcony, laundry/kitchenette (toaster oven, microwave, refrigerator and sink. The upstairs guest bath is all yours. You will have the entire area all to yourself. Other things to note My wife Julie and I are very laid back and quiet. We do have a little bull dog named biggie. He is a very sweet and lovable little fella that loves to snuggle. We want you to feel comfortable while you are staying with us. We welcome our guests to hang out with us and chat if they would like. If you prefer to have time alone, that is fine too.
