Penthouse apartment in Aarhus C. with south-facing balcony

Enjoy an extended weekend or vacation in our beautiful apartment, centrally located in Aarhus. The apartment is bright, has a south-facing balcony, and is on the 5th floor. There is an elevator to the 4th floor. There are two bedrooms with a double bed, and a futon sofa in the living room. Within walking distance of Tivoli, Stadium, forest, Memorial Park, Railway Station, Strøget, swimming pool, playground, and cafes and restaurants. It is 1 km to Tangkrogen, which is the nearest beach. Ingerslev market is very close to the apartment. There is a food market here on Wednesday and Saturday. The space The apartment is located at the top of the property, which is from 1930. On one side, there is a view over the courtyard, and on the other, there are large green football pitches where there are very often football games and happy voices that can be heard if you open the windows. There is no traffic noise. In the apartment, we have two rooms with a double bed in each (160 cm in width). In the large kitchen-living room, there is a ceiling for the kitchen, and a staircase up to the loft that is used for storage. In the living room, there is a futon sofa that can be used as a sofa bed. It is 140 cm wide. There is a bright bathroom with shower, and exit to the back stairs. In the apartment, there is a washing machine and dishwasher. Every Wednesday and Saturday, there is a wonderful food market at Ingerslev Plads, which is a 2-minute walk from the apartment. There is often a clothing market on Sundays. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment. However, the loft is filled with various boxes and clothes, so the loft is not usable. Other things to note It is strictly forbidden to bring animals into the apartment! It is not allowed to play music after 11 p.m.
