Experience your relaxing Outer Banks getaway at our relatively new (2023) 600sqft guesthouse- uniquely designed to represent the original Outer Banks charm and appeal! Situated in a quiet residential neighborhood, the location affords ample privacy, along with the convenience of just a short walk to the beach (Sunrise!) or Kitty Hawk Bay (Sunset!) and the sound-side multi-use path. Perfect for couples or the solo traveler! Various restaurants and coffee shops are nearby. 🌞🏖👣 The space Our 600-square foot guesthouse apartment is nicely situated in a quiet residential neighborhood and provides ample privacy for our guests. There is a fully equipped kitchen with provisions for basic cooking, a dining table for two, and a living room with two recliners and a 35-inch Samsung smart TV. A separate bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed, 2-nightstands, 2-small closets, 2-luggage stands, and 2-slipper chairs. There is a full bathroom with a fully tiled step-in shower with rainfall shower-head! There is an additional outdoor shower just outside the entrance door! A beach umbrella and 2-beach chairs are provided. And body-boards and a cooler are available upon request. 🌞🏖👣 Guest access You will have a private driveway with private parking for up to two cars. You will have a private entrance into the guesthouse. 🌞🏖👣 NOTE: Guest access on the property grounds is limited to the front area of the guesthouse. Other things to note Our guesthouse apartment is located behind our home with it's own private access and is situated far enough apart to afford you personal space and privacy during your stay. Additionally, there are huge Live Oak trees that serve as a nice buffer between the guesthouse and the main house! We will respect your space and privacy during your stay, but please note that there is a utility room and workshop located beneath the apartment with an access door at the rear of the building that you may see us occasionally entering/exiting. Our guesthouse was designed to accommodate an individual or a 2-person couple. Additionally, the interior is constructed of tongue-and-groove pine boards, from wall-to-wall and floor to ceiling.
