This spacious home features three levels, each offering its own unique comfort and style. On the main floor, you’ll find a bright and airy living room, ideal for relaxing after a day in the sun. The open-concept kitchen and dining area make it easy to enjoy meals together, whether you’re cooking up a seafood feast or having a casual breakfast. A cozy queen bedroom and a full bathroom complete this level, offering a peaceful retreat. Head to the top floor where you'll find two beautifully appointed bedrooms. The master queen bedroom offers a serene space to unwind, while the second bedroom features two sets of bunk beds, perfect for kids or friends. Both bedrooms have their own attached full bathrooms for added privacy and convenience. The ground floor offers a private studio apartment with its own separate entry, providing ultimate flexibility and privacy. This suite includes a kitchenette, a full bathroom, and laundry facilities, making it ideal for extended stays or extra space for guests. Note: the separate studio has access from the outside only. With high-speed WiFi and 5 HD Smart TVs throughout the house, you'll have all the entertainment and connectivity you need. To make your beach days even more enjoyable, complimentary beach chairs are provided, so you can relax in comfort while soaking up the sun. We supply fresh bed linens and bath towels, though please note that beach towels are not provided. Additionally, we offer a starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags to help you get settled in. For longer stays, please plan to bring or purchase any additional supplies as needed. Whether you're looking to gather as a group or enjoy some quiet time on your own, this beach rental is designed for comfort, convenience, and relaxation. Steps from the sand, it’s the perfect place to enjoy the beauty of the coast! Guest access - Parking available for 3 cars in front of the house. - There is also paid parking directly across the street for additional parking. - Entry through front door with key and lockbox. Other things to note We also supply the following for each property: A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do have a few beach chairs available but don't provide beach towels, so don't forget to bring some! We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everyone has their own preferences for these. Carolina Beach has a wonderful fireworks show every Thursday night. You can walk over to the beach to watch the fireworks, or catch the view from the top deck! There is a free movie for the kids down next to the lake on Sunday night. Every Saturday morning is the Carolina Beach Farmers market where people bring items they make & vegetables to sell at the lake. There is a veggie wagon located next door to the lake for people that like whole foods. The boardwalk has an amusement park for the children. Carolina Beach has become a family beach & a wonderful beach to visit. Come & join us this summer & have fun.
