This stylish accommodation is perfect for small groups. Ideally located 50 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit or 25 minutes by highway. Close to pretty villages of the Alpes Mancelles (St Céneri le Gérei, St Léonard des Bois). Municipality located 8 km from Alençon (Lace Museum, House of Ste Thérèse). Guest access I leave available in my house on the ground floor: kitchen, bathroom (ground floor), toilet, living room and winter garden (both equipped with a dining area), 1 bedroom (queen size bed). Upstairs: toilet, 2 bedrooms (140 cm bed for each) and 1 room with bed for 1 person as well as a desk area. Other things to note Parking can be done in the courtyard, possibility to park 1 car under shelter and 2 others. Parking is available in front of the house (3 spaces).
