Charming Swiss villa from 1912. Large garden with nice plants and lots of fruits and berries. Trampoline for the kids. Beautiful patio with sun all day. View of fjords and mountains. Great location in a very quiet and peaceful area with little traffic. Excellent for families with children. The space The house is from 1912 and has been renovated/renovated for the last 7 years. Exteriorly, it has been restored to what it looked like when it was built with period windows and cladding. It is insulated and sealed. Inside, there is a nice mix between the original expression from the house's year of construction and modern details such as solid oak stairs. The entire first floor is newly renovated - hallway, living room, dining room and kitchen The second floor consists of a small hallway between all four bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms are finished while one is missing flooring in solid pine and there is no electricity. There is battery-powered light (which is switched on by touch with two fingers) above the bed. This appears unproblematic but it must still be mentioned. The bathroom is older but it is watertight and works properly. The lighting above the mirror is broken and replaced with a lamp hanging from the ceiling. New shower enclosure was installed a few years ago. Half of the basement has been renovated. New laundry room from 2023. The other half of the basement is closed off for guests. The laundry room has both a washing machine and a tumble dryer that is available for tenants and there is a very nice toilet room wall to wall. From the laundry room you come out to a very nice and sheltered patio. The patio is equipped with a gas grill, large parasol and dining table with room for 8 people. The garden is divided into two levels and has lots of new plants. There are raspberries, strawberries, apples, plums, gooseberries, raspberries and currants in the garden that guests can eat as much as they want. If you have a garden you will never be unemployed so there are of course some parts of the garden that need a little love but it is still a dream for both large and small to spend sunny days there. Some rooms may be missing some moldings and some other small details but it has no impact on the overall impression. Guest access First floor with hallway, living room, dining room and kitchen.
