This 3 Bedroom, spacious home is the perfect place to relax, BBQ and swim after a long day on Lake Oroville. Come home to a hot shower and a fresh clean home with all the amenities. Please note: This is not a pet friendly home! The backyard is all concrete. The space King size bed in master, queen sized bed in guest room on main level, double bed and pull-out couch bed in lower level area. Guest access The garage is off-limits. Other things to note This home is not pet friendly. The yard is all concrete. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood. We ask that you keep visitors that are not staying to a minimum (3) max. Parties are not allowed. This is a perfect family spot for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. Treat this home as you would your own. Security cameras are located at both entrances only. No cameras inside the home or in the backyard.
