Guest access You will have access to the private condo with full use of two assigned parking spaces (one indoor and one outdoor). The only off-limits space is the small, locked supply closet in-unit. You'll be provided your own code for self check-in and easy access to the unit. Other things to note Please note that while the close proximity to all St. Joe has to offer is a perk, the condo is close to the bustling downtown which means you can hear some street traffic in the unit - while unnoticeable by city dwellers, sound machines are provided in each bedroom if you prefer any type of white noise. There is a door bell camera at the front door facing the hallway, for added safety / security, and a contactless check-in experience. This is a NO smoking rental 🚫 - any evidence of smoking / vaping will result in a fine, as outlined in house rules. As much as we LOVE pets 🐾, they are unfortunately not permitted by our condo association and therefore this rental is not pet-friendly. Maximum 6 adults per booking.
